Had opportunities to attend training sessions earlier conducted by Mr Salian covering from Business Ethics, Operations Excellence, Field safety etc.Few months back participated in training sessions with my MOD team had a valuable and inspiring experience. The program on Communication Skills especially handling aggravated customers and understanding our organisation’s Vision, Mission, and Values helped us strengthen alignment and teamwork.
